Refund policy
EXCHANGES
Stuf and Junk only replaces misprinted items or items that were sent in error within 7 days from delivery. For example, you received an item that you did not order, wrong color, wrong size etc. In this case your item will be replaced by the same, but, corrected item. If you have any issues, please use the contact form to send a message. Please note you may be required to send images.
REFUNDS
All sales are final on all products and services with the exception of items listed below:
COACHING SERVICES
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, but please respect my time and yours.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through my site.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals:
- For short 1:1 sessions, I will make 1 attempt to contact you. If you are unavailable, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
- For Website Coaching sessions (60 minutes), I will make 2 attempts. If you do not join within 10 minutes, the session will be canceled with no refund.
Lost Time:
- If you arrive late, your session still ends at the scheduled time.
No-Shows:
- If you miss your appointment entirely, you will not receive a refund.

Once your refund has been started, Stuf and Junk has no control over how long it will take for your bank to allow funds to show up in your account. Please contact your bank for any questions or concerns.
