Standard Physical Products
Please allow 7-14 business days on most products as they are MADE TO ORDER. Your order will ship AFTER the production and processing time. This does not include custom or bulk orders. Times may vary and will be communicated via electronic documentation of the estimated time of production. Business hours are considered Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.
Curated Orders:
Please allow 8 -16 business days to receive any item that is labeled "Curated."
Why Might My Order Arrive in Separate Shipments?
At Stuf & Junk, we’re thrilled to offer you a variety of carefully curated and sourced items. To ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible, some products may ship separately. Here’s why:
1. Where do your items come from?
Some of our curated products come from different locations, including select suppliers and vendors we trust. These items may be shipped directly to you from their source.
2. How does this affect delivery times?
When items ship separately, you may receive some parts of your order sooner than others. You’ll always receive tracking information for each shipment to help you stay updated.
3. Will this cost me more in shipping fees?
No, separate shipments will not increase your shipping costs. We’ll take care of ensuring your total shipping fee stays the same.
4. How will I know which items are arriving separately?
We’ll notify you when your items are shipped, including details about which items are in each shipment. Keep an eye on your email for tracking updates.
5. What if I have questions or concerns about my order?

Graphic Designing
Please allow 7-14 business days (unless otherwise stated) for production. Be mindful that your production time will not begin until all necessary information has been submitted to me.
All digital designs include:
- 1 revision, additional revisions are $15 for each revision (please note revisions can extend your turn around time, timing varies based on the amount of revision is requested).
- You will receive your designs in the following formats via the email you used to place your order: PNG and PDF
- You will not receive anything via mail.
Custom Orders
Unless otherwise stated on your invoice, all custom orders require a 7-14 business day turnaround. Please refrain from requesting order updates until the time frame has passed. However, if delays are foreseen you will be notified promptly.
Rush Orders
Everything at Stuf and Junk is handmade to order. In order to provide the quality items and ensure production times are met, rush orders are not available.
Shipping
After the production has been completed, your order will ship accordingly. You will receive a tracking number via the email you have provided during your ordering process.
Stuf and Junk will not be responsible for your item if it is lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, etc. after it has been scanned by the delivery service. Stuf and Junk does not confirm mailing addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the mailing address is accurate. Stuf and Junk will not be responsible for your item once it has been deemed delivered by the delivery service. No refunds or replacements will be given.
FREE shipping is for orders $65 and up. Your order will ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on which offers the quickest delivery at that time.
Ready To Ship
RTS (Ready To Ship). Ready to ship items will be shipped within 48 hours if ordered with other Ready To Ship items. Otherwise, your Ready To Ship items will be shipped within the time frame indicated on the listing of the other items. To avoid this, you will need to place separate orders.
