These virtual sessions are available on Monday evenings.

Have an active Shopify store but need help figuring out a specific feature, setting or update? This one-on-one website coaching session gives you step-by-step guidance so you can better understand and manage your own Shopify store.

We’ll focus on the area you indicate when booking. You’ll complete the work inside your store while I explain what to do, where to find it and how it works. This is a hands-on learning session, not a watch-me-do-it service.

Topics May Include:

• Adding or organizing products and collections
• Updating your homepage and store navigation
• Creating menus, pages and links
• Setting up discounts
• Reviewing basic shipping settings
• Making simple theme customizations
• Using a specific Shopify feature
• Understanding parts of your Shopify admin
• Troubleshooting a basic store issue

• Time to ask questions related to that topic

Before Booking:

You must have an active Shopify store and understand the basic platform functions. This service is not intended for someone who needs a complete Shopify store built from the beginning.

Choose your appointment date and time before checking out. When prompted, clearly explain what you want to learn or accomplish during the session. Providing specific details helps me determine whether your request fits this service and allows us to make better use of your appointment.

Please have your Shopify store open and be prepared to access your own account. Never send your password or login information. Bring any note-taking tools you may need, arrive on time and review the refund, rescheduling and cancellation policy before booking.

This is a coaching service. It does not include a complete website redesign, done-for-you store management, custom coding, advanced development or written support after the session.
