Have plenty of ideas but no clear plan for what to tackle first? This one-on-one business goal planning session is designed for small business owners who need help choosing their priorities, setting realistic goals and turning those goals into manageable action steps.

During our 60-minute virtual session, we’ll focus on one primary business goal or a small group of closely related goals. Together, we’ll discuss where you are now, what may be slowing your progress and what needs to happen next.

This is not a full business strategy or business coaching session. It is a focused planning session created to help you leave with clarity, direction and a realistic plan for moving forward.

This Session Is a Good Fit If You:

• Have several business ideas and need help deciding what to focus on first
• Know what you want to accomplish but are unsure how to break it down
• Feel stuck or overwhelmed by your current goals
• Need realistic priorities for the next 30 to 90 days
• Want an outside perspective and practical next steps

• One 60-minute virtual business goal planning session
• A personalized written action plan delivered by email within three business days
• Clear priorities and suggested next steps based on the goals discussed during your session
• One accountability check-in email approximately 30 days after your session

The 30-day accountability check-in is a progress check, not an additional planning session or ongoing business coaching.
