What happens during the proof and approval process?
When a mockup is sent, please review all details carefully including spelling, wording, and design elements. This is the time to request any changes or additions.
Once a design is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made without additional cost. If an error is discovered after approval, a $25 reprint fee will apply to cover materials.
Up to two revision requests are included during the mockup phase. Additional changes beyond that will incur a $20 design fee.

What is your turnaround time and how does shipping work?
All custom party favor orders have a 7–14 business day turnaround time, consistent with other items on the site. Processing time begins once all required order details are received.
Shipping fees apply to all orders, whether items are shipped via USPS or UPS or delivered in person by prior agreement. For local deliveries, the shipping fee helps cover travel and delivery expenses.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times are separate from processing time and are determined by the carrier.
If your event date is approaching and you are unsure if your order will arrive in time, please reach out before placing your order.
Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of party favors, all sales are final.
Each order is made specifically for your event and includes a mockup or approval step. Customers are given the opportunity to review and request corrections before production begins. Once a design is approved and production starts, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.
If an issue arises due to an error on my end, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order so it can be reviewed.
