• How It Works:

After placing your order, you will receive a downloadable file containing a link to the brand questionnaire.

Complete the questionnaire with information about your business, audience, content topics, offers and preferred writing style. The more details you provide, the better I can capture your voice.

Your 10-business-day turnaround begins after your completed questionnaire has been submitted. Your finished captions will be delivered by email.

Please Note:

• This service includes caption writing only. Graphics, photography, video creation, content posting, scheduling and social media management are not included.
• One revision round is included with each package. A revision adjusts the captions according to the original information provided. New topics, offers or a completely different creative direction may require an additional fee.
• Results such as engagement, sales, reach or follower growth cannot be guaranteed. All sales are final.
• This virtual social media caption-writing service is available to small businesses, creators and entrepreneurs in Raleigh, North Carolina and beyond.

Revision Policy:

Each package includes one revision round. After receiving your captions, you will have five business days to review them and submit all requested changes together in one email.

Your revision may include reasonable adjustments to wording, tone, calls to action or hashtags based on the information provided in your original questionnaire. You may request adjustments to multiple captions, but all requests must be included in the same submission.

A revision does not include:

• New caption topics
• New products, services or promotions
• A different brand voice or creative direction
• Additional captions
• Complete rewrites based on information that was not included in the original questionnaire

Revised captions will be returned within five business days. Once the revised collection has been delivered, the order is considered complete.

Any spelling, grammar or factual errors made by Stuf & Junk Designs will be corrected and will not count as your revision round.
