Transfers are sold on an 8.5 x 11 in. sheet of high quality sublimation paper with awesome ink release. Transfers can be used on a variety of items such as but not limited to, apparel, ornaments, mugs, tumblers etc.

How to order: 

Choose your size then upload your files using the file uploader.

Please note: if you are in need of smaller prints for mugs etc. you will need to send your file ready to print on an 8.5 x11 in size and you will receive a gang sheet. You can do this in any software such as Canva. 

File Requirements:

  • Files should be 300 DPI or greater, Files that are less than 300 DPI could produce low quality prints. 
  • Files we accept: PNG, JPEG, SVG
  • Please do not Reverse/Mirror Image, this will be done for you.
  • Please make sure your image is cropped to your desire
  • Please make sure your background is transparent (if appropriate). Your files will be printed the way you submit them. 

Sublimation Transfer Application Instructions For Garments

Sublimation transfers must be used on items intended for sublimation, such as specialty coated mugs, ceramics or polyester fabric. 100% polyester fabric will give the best, brightest results. The less polyester, 50% is minimum, the more vintage, faded appearance you will receive on your garment. It will be more dull in color and less vibrant.

You must use white or light colored garments. The design will not show up on dark colored garments. Any white on the design will become the color of your garment, as sublimation does not print white ink. Be sure to always use butcher paper, never use Teflon sheets. Teflon sheets will hold sublimation ink and this can transfer from garment to garment.

Sublimation transfers must be applied with a heat press. They can not be applied with an iron or any type of Easy Press device. If you choose to do this, it will be at your own risk. 

When applying a sublimation transfer, set your heat press temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, the timer to 45-60 seconds, and the pressure to medium.

Using a fresh adhesive, lint-roll the surface of your garment where you will be applying your design prior top repressing to remove any lint.

Prepress your garment for 7-8 seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture.

Add butcher paper inside your garment to ensure the ink does not bleed through to the back of the garment.

Place the sublimation transfer face down onto the garment. (The ink on the transfer should be facing down touching the garment, not the upper portion of your heat press platform.

Place butcher paper on top of your design and garment.

Press your garment at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 seconds with medium pressure.

Remove paper immediately to prevent any ghosting of the ink.

Optional and highly recommended

Before placing the sublimation transfer face down onto the garment, it is recommended to tear away the excess paper from the design. This will prevent stray ink on the corners or edges of the transfer paper from being pressed into your item.

For all other sublimation products, please confirm with that product vendor for pressing/heating instructions.

After the production time has been completed, your order will ship accordingly. You will receive a tracking number via the email you have provided during your ordering process. 

Stuf and Junk will not be responsible for your item if it is lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, etc. after it has been scanned by the delivery service. Stuf and Junk does not confirm mailing addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the mailing address is accurate. Stuf and Junk will not be responsible for your item once it has been deemed delivered by the delivery service. No refunds or replacements will be given.

Where's my order?

Please allow 7-14 days for production on most items that are not labeled (RTS or Ready-to-Ship).  Once production has been completed, you will receive tracking to the email you checked out with and your order will ship. Do you offer custom tees for children?

Yes, while we are an adult shop, we do offer services for the little ones. Please visit our Custom Children's section. On occasion, you may find seasonal children tees or other items ready to order on the site. Be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe via email to catch those launches.

I just placed an order for a digital item, where's my order?

Digital items are not physical products. Once your order has been completed you will be able to download your item immediately. If you have any problems please reach out with your order number via email to cbrown@stufandjunk.com for assistance. 

Can I add to a previous order?

This is a two part response:

Website orders; No. Please be sure your order is accurate before completing checkout. You are welcome to place a separate order. 

Non-Website orders: You will have 24 hours to modify your custom orders after your invoice is paid.
