For Windows Users: Open the application in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Use the included shortcut setup file to create a branded VE. icon on your desktop for convenient access.

For Mac Users: Open the included HTML application file directly through a compatible browser, such as Safari or Chrome. The Windows desktop shortcut setup is not applicable to Mac computers. However you can still try it out.

Once opened, THE VENDOR EDIT works offline, allowing you to organize your events without needing an ongoing internet connection.

Compatibility: THE VENDOR EDIT is designed for Windows and Mac desktop and laptop computers. Windows functionality has been tested using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Mac functionality has also been tested successfully. Compatibility may vary depending on operating system and browser versions.

Mobile devices: This edition is intended for desktop and laptop use. iPhone, iPad and other mobile devices are not officially supported.

Data storage: Your information is saved locally in your browser, not inside the downloaded HTML file. There is no automatic cloud backup or syncing between devices.

Customers should regularly export and securely save JSON backups. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or moving the application file may affect access to saved information.

Digital delivery: This is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

Updates and support: Basic setup and product-use support is available. This purchase does not include lifetime software updates, automatic updates, cloud services or future mobile editions.

Is THE VENDOR EDIT a subscription? No. THE VENDOR EDIT is a one-time digital purchase with no monthly or annual subscription fees.

Do I need an internet connection to use it? No. Once downloaded and extracted, the desktop application works offline for regular use.

Can I use THE VENDOR EDIT on my phone or tablet? This edition is designed for Windows desktop and laptop computers. A dedicated mobile app is not included.

Will other customers see my business information? No. THE VENDOR EDIT does not use a shared customer database. Your records are stored locally in your browser profile. Anyone with access to that same browser profile may be able to view your records.

Can I transfer my events to another computer? Yes. Export your data as a JSON backup and import it into another copy of THE VENDOR EDIT. Changes do not automatically sync between computers.

What happens if I accidentally delete my saved information? You can restore your event records from a previously exported JSON backup. Data recovery is not guaranteed if no backup exists.

Will I receive future updates? Your purchase includes the current desktop edition. Future upgrades, major new features and mobile editions are not included unless specifically offered.

What if I need help? Stuf & Junk Designs provides assistance with basic setup, downloading, backup instructions and reproducible issues with the product. Contact us through our website with your order information.
